?! i might be missing something, but aren't they re-inventing the wheel? isn't that the idea behind turbo/supercharger?

Agree on the music, could have hooked her up to that and netted 5 more HP

It's the same exact concept. With a turbo, the "leaf blower" motor would be driven by the exhaust, while with a SC it's the belts that drive the "leaf blower". Either way, all it's doing is forcing more air into the system. Which is what (essentially) both of those things do.
