Wow thanks for the picture. I love this kind of picture also. Could anyone post the side by side pics of the stock Nissan Skyline GT-R from R32 to R35?
And the Honda Accord of all the generations? Civic? BMW 3-series? Lancer Evolution? Oh I love this kind of evolution pictures.

Awsome pic. The S class has always been a favorite of mine. I love the mid 90's ones, they're the ones that got me interested in the S class. A few months ago I drove with my friend in his 89 S with over 220k miles and was really really impressed at how well the car is built, drove almost like new except for some minor vibrations (probably bad motor and tranny mounts), but was really impressed that these cars last so long and exterior didnt have a single rust spot anywhere.

Seeing these pics, I got to admit the car just keeps looking better and better with every generation. Great job Mercedes!

The S-class didn't start to look real good until the W220 IMO. The current S looks as good or better only from the front, but not from other angles, & I still think the rear end is ugly.

You gotta give the 560 SEL (126) some credit, awesome long wheelbase car.

My family had one too, great, solidly built, nice riding sedan, but I never really thought it's a great looking sedan.
