So a 2-cylinder 1.0L engine of this type can produce 190kW/255hp for road use? If true, this will be the biggest revolution to the ICE since its invention.

Interesting concept, but I don't know how suitable it would be for production cars. There have been many interesting engine concepts over the past several decades, none of which have yet to supersede the internal combustion engine.
