I was reading that article yesterday. Pretty funny. I like when they do totally random tests like that.

Ordered a Dell widescreen monitor a while back. DHL lost it. Called Dell for a refund. They issued my refund. DHL then delivered it. Called Dell to explain, they already filed the claim and said keep it! Called DHL 3 times and when I finally got through, they said sorry, call Dell.
In the end I have a widescreen monitor that I paid $0 for because nobody wanted my money Go figure. I know it is not really related to this post, but had to tell someone.

BTW, who won?

screw DHL. their tracking system sucks major ***** (ie. it doesnt actually track) and are some of the most unreliable out there. fedex is fast and reliable. ups is ok too, they are international and have several services, just a little slower than ups. usps is also pretty good and are a cheaper alternative.

I agree. We had so many problems with DHL. I guess it just means all of them suck at one point or another.

I didn't know FedEx has hybrid trucks. Anyways, in my experience FedEx seems to be the most reliable, then UPS then DHL.

I have shipped with UPS five times, and five times they lost my package. Now I use USPS and the package always arrived on time.
