Seems a bit silly though, considering you can pick up a Turbo Hayabusa any day of the week on ebay for about $20k. Same if not more HP, and at that level of power ALL you are caring about is power.
The problem with a 'Busa is it's weight: it's 480 lbs dry, so with all fluids, it tops 500 lbs. That's the weight of some Harleys!!
A true "racing bike" is 1000cc or less, extremely light and agile, and superfast. The Desmo goes 0-60 in 2 sec. The 'Busa does it in 3 seconds. One second is a HUGE difference in racing...

I think AMA/MotoGP riders would beg to differ...
On the street, my R6 was plenty, but on the track (what that bike is made for) more power = more better. If you got a great handling bike, you'll do well, but its the package that matters. A 200HP 'busa doesn't stand a chance against a 180hp 1000 with comparable riders.
Back on topic though... i think old school cars look good in flat black
THat flat black Enzo looks awesome!! Love the fact that they kept the middle section glossy black. Its the best of both worlds (Like I posted in the earlier in this thread about the Elise and Gallardo) However the stock red mirrors KILL it.
Actually, that's what a lot of factory black paint jobs looked like in the early 1990's after only about 2 or 3 years. Some automakers had a lot of trouble adjusting their painting methods to the new EPA regulations of the time.....and the paint jobs had no durability or endurance at all.
