you can even ssay that you were threaten when he pulled out his knife lol... not that he threatened you, but that you felt threaten. take pictures... lots of pictures.

Not at all. Just posting up something I noticed.
I was pulled over when I was a teenager for speeding. The cop gave me a ticket and wanted me to remove the vinyl I had on my taillights. I had them striped with white over the red plastic. You could still see the brake lights very well but he said it needed to be removed and he wanted it done now.
Anyway, after a couple of minutes of me pulling off the tape and him supervising my progress, he told me to do as soon as I got home. Traffic was whipping by at over 60mph on I-5. You ever stand outside your car while people are driving by that fast?
So no, I do not at all condone the cops actions.
