I'm curious if the brand loyalty counts when they move up market. So if I own a Toyota and buy a Lexus does that still keep me in the Toyota family? Same thing would apply with Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, etc. If it does not then Toyota's numbers for brand loyalty are just amazing.
