ok i know we have a thread about our second form of transportation but iam curious on how many cl members have a high performance car or truck ?? iam especially talking to the lightning and cobra owners LOL IF THERE IS ANY LOL so please show me what you got !!!

Good question, but why mainly Ford people? If you have the Cobra up there then does my old 99 Camaro SS count? I don't have it anymore do to the fact I was stupid and couldn't budget for it right at the age of 16. But have since bought a 94 RX-7 tt

Oh ok, thats kool. What do you wont to know about the fords? The engine since its the same 32v 4.6 in both vechiles you mention? I know some about fords, I have alot of friends with them. One of my friend just dropped a crate engine in his Lighting, its a 5.?, he wont tell us what,lol.

Technically my Mercedes is a 2 dr v-8 coupe approaching 300 hp that gives mustangs hell, but it's still comfy and not a "hi-po" car .

I had 2 GMC Typhoons.. sold both of them last week... My E55k is ok fast but not really a performace car... my 996 c2 is slow.. I have a few Nissan that's fast...

Other than that I have a slow lexus that can do 0 to 60 in well, it still does it eventually.

I remember the Cyclone and the Typhoon. My godfather still has his Typhoon and loves it. I have a friend who sometimes shows up a the track with his SVT lightning. The king would be that SRT Dodge.

I have 4 MB 55's drivers, an S, a CL, an E and an SL. The first three are stock and the SL has RennTech mods; larger supercharger pulley, larger throttle body, re flashed ECU, carbon fiber air box and newly added headers. The SL is my daily driver and I would consider it fast. My wife says that someday, I will grow up but I'm not so sure.

I have taken some of my associates for a ride and the consenus was "Scary Fast". It makes me remember the old muscle cars (guess I'm showing my age), once it hooks up you are pinned to your seat. One minor problem is hooking it up. With the traction control off the tires (295x30x19 PS2's) will spin almost through second gear, with it on the traction control light will blink all the way through second.
