I'm sure it does handle better...and I understand why. But seriously...I would not be caught dead driving one. Just like a moped and "heavy girls"...fun to ride until your friends find out.

My friend had a 02 model, it handles good since it's nimble, but he hates to power...

Why? i think they are fun cars for a reasonable price

My mom is looking at one actually for the summer or an MR2

Beyounce is considered a "Heavy Girl" love for my friends to find out about her and I. Anyway Miata handle good but we slammed a co worker so hard about driving and candy red one, that he traded it in for a Honda S2000.

I've had the privilege to drive a former co-worker's miata. It's a fantastic fun car!

they really are a blast. I had no respect for or desire to drive a miata until I actually drove this one. it also has a LSD rear end

Definitely a fun little car to whip around in. I wouldn't mind having the Mazdaspeed version for a weekend fun car.

LSD, 6-speed, and you can swap in a 5.0 if you want.

Nice your mom has good taste because that's definitely a ladys car, now if it was me a 05 S2000 would blow the doors off that miata, and it has awesome handling. What your Gs lacks in handling, it makes up on power, and with alittle few mods on the suspenion department your Gs will rock that little miata .
