Noobie post - hope its in the right place
Hey, i have often looked on your forum before but have chosen to join up as my next project is going to involve the MK2 GS platform.
And seeing as you guys have done almost everything you can to a GS i thought it would be a great place for inspiration.
My name is Chris and i live in England opposite Brands Hatch racing circuit (for those of you into motor sports).
I am a complete Lexus Addict and have built a lexus that has won many awards in the UK and also had several magazine features this year.
I really want to take the UK modding scene a step closer to the US scene and be the first to run a fully modded GS.
Here are some photos of my car (please be kind)

For general Car talk, we have the Car Chat forum (right above The Clubhouse, which is this forum). We talk about any car including Lexus there (moving to that forum for now). For a more specific forum we also have the 1st gen IS forum as well.

I am glad you like my car, i love it to bits but thats not to say it cant be improved on...
I am thinking of taking a trip to the states to get a closer look at a few fully pimped GS's and what parts are availiable.
I try to do as much work as i can myself, be that designing, polishing, painting and fitting.
But i had to leave the trimming up to my good friend, as the only thing i cant do is sew!

cheers again for all the comments, i am really glad you like the car.
I have always taken inspiration from cars at HIN shows etc.
Really wish the UK scene would evolve a bit more and have more luxury cars in the shows. At the moment its pretty much just me and a handful of BMW's....
Its such a shame we have no good chrome plating companies in the UK, compared to the chrome plating in the states, otherwise i would have even more done!
