WOW!!!!!!! 22's on a Q... no prob!

Just rode in my neigbors Q.... man that thing rides smooth and even on the 22's you barely notice the difference, that suspension is awesome. I think he's running a staggered setup with 22x9 and 22x10 in the rear with a 4 or 5 inch lip. It's just sick!!!. I think this car swallows 22's even better than the 7 series or 300m. It looks just perfect on the car.

Those tires look really thin.... He better be carefull.

same low pros that are on the 7 series... anyone on 22's ( on cars) are going to either be riding on 30 series tires or 25. Honestly it rides great and you wouldnt know the difference until you actually got outside and looked at the wheels.

he definitely needs a kit for that car. It'll look awesome! Perhaps JP or Wald will do :D

A little too much 4x4 look for my taste.

Exactly my thoughts.

Just make sure you don't drive the car in the Midwest.

If these auto enthusiasts boards is an indicator, I think I should start a bent-wheel repairing business and make big money.

Looks pathetic. Tire sidewall too stretched and too short. :thumbdn:

LexKilla Jul 17, 2006 01:57 PM

I dont think his tires are stretched... runs a 285 in the rear and I think a 245 in fronts. Are those recommended for 9 and 10 inch width's? All I know it looks perfect in person and rides great   . I didnt know the Q could handle such big widths on the car and sits so flush againt the car. The wheel wells are much bigger than the LS430.

LexKilla Jul 17, 2006 02:14 PM

well im not the biggest advocate of big wheels but I do think it actually looks good in person. I think it actually handles the big wheels better than either the 7 series or Dodge charger. To each his own... thats what makes america great... I think I'll be getting a Q ... rides great!!

Yes, and those WIDTHS can go on SC, GS, (and LS too, I believe) ok.

It's not the width that makes it looked stretched or so skinny to me, but the series, what are they 285/25s or something? :uh:

LexKilla Jul 17, 2006 02:19 PM

does anyone know the name of the wheels?

You can run staggered 22's on those cars like the Q?? I know you can run those widths on 20's but going to 22's you dont think that would be a problem?
