its at the end of the clip, if you read the info on the side it says that the gov. put it there with out telling people to stop speeding. sounds like a crappy way of doing things, even if its effective thats a good way to get some idiot killed.

I took a closer look at the picture and under careful examination, i saw the windshield was shattered.

Someone wasnt wearing seatbelt and i hope he/she is ok.

it looks like an impact from outside (the center part of the shttered windshield is inset)

There's actually an invisible (black) speedbump that has nothing around it in a parking lot entrance that's a good 500-1000 feet away from the buildings. I hit it the other day with my ES going about 15mph and I was livid. There's no reason I should have to slow down SLOWER than 15 mph when there's no posted speed limit, or signs, or any warnings of any sort.

Damn ! That almost happened to me last time i was there , the street is going under BIG construction stuff so its REALLY messed up , bumps like that everywhere . its actually near Burj Al-Arab

i thought in parking lot by default the speed limit is 5?

News to me, especially when there are lines paved street style. I've seen parking lots with 15 mph speed limits before, but rarely do I see any signs posted. I also almost always see signs for, or yellow painted speed bumps.
