I remember there was thread on someone comparing the IS with a corolla!!!!????

 

When I parked at work this morning there just happened to be one of the sales guys driving a new sonata rental and I was the one that noticed and was thinking....oh please no!! I already get the TC thing from EVERYONE here at work. (I work at Toyota/Scion dealership) So I was hoping they didn't notice the two cars. I just backed in next to it.

They call my S2000 a Miata. I HATE that.

 

Lol, cuz the Corolla S looks like the IS 300..built on the same platform too.

 

They don't share the same platform... RWD vs. FWD.

never been asked if my car is a tC or sonata.

But i wouldnt mind telling them YES it is indeed a rebaged Sonata.

 

Methinks some of these comparisons are done to insult! Going up to the Lexus and saying, "I like your Toyota!"

To which I might reply, " thanks, its much better than..."
