I'm trying to sell my car at the moment (as a private sale). Thing is, it's my first car and I've never had to haggle when me trying to sell it, so I'm looking for some pointers.

Here's some info on my current car...
* 1993 Toyota Soarer 2.5GT turbo
* New turbos, 18's, A'PEXi intake, custom exhaust, Blitz blow off valve, Espelir springs, A'PEXi boost meter.
* 195000kms

I've been given a trade in price of $10000, and I've got an extra $8000 on top of the trade in.

Now, even the dealer I went to today said it was in great condition but with the kms on the car they said they'd have the hardest time trying to sell it (Soarers aren't really popular in Australia, say compared to Skylines and Silvias).

The car I want is a 96 Soarer VVTi single turbo. It's in overall great condition, but the headlights need replacing, as with the passenger side lower door trim and there's some cigarette burns on the back seat. This car is going for mid $20K.

Anyone got tips on how to haggle the price on the car I'm looking at?
