Can't really know whether he can drive unless we saw exactly what happened . . .

I was feeling confident like nothing can touch me...then gravity introduces itself to me.

True, for all we know he was run off the road and taking some damage like that > hitting another car, where it's likely to be totalled regardless of speed or location of impact on a car like this one.

Inappropriate.

Why do people always feel the need to judge people based on the car and the pic. We don't know WHAT happened. Maybe he was swerving to avoid something. Maybe there was a mechanical failure?

Hater. That is all.

I agree...we shouldn't be so quick to use our Jump-to-conclusions mat.

Way to pull a reference to one of the greatest movies ever made.

Take it for what it is but people do strange and stupid things when driving fancy cars.
and people do stupid things with ANY cars for that matter. please watch your mouth. 1sicklex didn't get mad at all coz' of your comment, he just annoyed because you made a totally meaningless and inappropriate statement.

do you know what really happened exactly with this car? did you read the thread from bimmerforums? if not, then what made you think your statement was appropriate and justified? in fact to me, your comment was nothing more than a childish comment, no difference from a kid saying "guys, let's not play with that kid coz' he stepped on my toe"

moreover, 1sicklex didn't even make any assumption on what happened as well. he merely said we should find out what happened before someone like YOU making such comments about the driver.

one last thing, be careful of what you say against moderators. moderators are volunteers here to help and ALSO protect people. challenging moderators publicly in the rude way you did can make a very easy exit for you.

Guys don't make this a flaming. Let's keep on topic here. You too mods

The fact that the car ended up in that ditch is better than the car hitting another car. If he WAS driving recklessly like that, chances are he was also speeding like no tomorrow. Good thing he didn't hurt anyone.

But that was on a racetrack, where a number of things can go wrong at anytime. This could have been prevented if the porter had followed some common sense and/or road signs and posted speed limits.
