1990 lexus 250 es
Does anyone know where I can go(possibly a forum) and ask technical repair or maintanence questions about my 1990 Lexus ES250? I don't see much info here about my car.

Harry, welcome to Cl!! Start by sifting through the ES300 section here. CL doesn't have a dedicated ES250 section since we have only a handful of members with that model. Searching in that sub-forum will most likely yield some info.
Also, try sending a message to member "Army of One", he was an owner of a 250 until he was involved in an accident which totalled the car.

ok so I saw this thread, the poll was open still, so I voted. then I discoveded this thread hasn't had a response since 2005!!
the "1900s" were only 5 years previous to this thread. normally I don't do this but why not resurrect an ancient one?
why?
how many here are STILL riding a 90s Lexus ? and how many original commenters still have there cars after all these years?

90s all day every day yo
for me it's the perfect balance of when electronics improved aspects of the car without being overly intrusive and needlessly complex like the cars of today. and you gotta love the low, flat look...

everytime I see pictures of your car I fall in love all over again. This is still an absolutely beautiful and elegant looking car. Without a doubt one of my favorites.

Zombie thread, my 1992 SC300/5 speed has 95k miles on it now. SMOOTH is the best word I'd use to describe that car, from the ride, to the way the clutch and transmission engage, to the completely vibration-less inline six. I swear at idle, 4k, and 6300rpm redline, there is ZERO vibration that enters the cabin. I'd say SMOOTH best describes the styling, not a right angle or sharp edge on the car, but lots of straight lines, IMO its a timeless look.

90s? Sure, my 93 SC400! Not too many clean ones rolling around these days. I also daily drive a 98GS400. Beautiful cars. I'm hoping to upgrade to a newer GS350 FSport eventually so I can enjoy some "new" luxury. Otherwise I love my older Lexus vehicles.
