ti con rods
cast pistions
dry sump lubrication

I wonder how much hp the next Viper GTS cpe will be pushing, 550+ my guess.

looks like GM had the info pulled.

WEIGHT: 3130lbs/1420kg

500hp/500lb-ft torque.

• Forged steel crankshaft with 101.6-mm stroke

• Racing-derived CNC-ported aluminum cylinder heads with 70-cc chambers
• 56mm titanium intake valves
• 41mm sodium-filled exhaust valves
• 11.0:1 compression ratio
• Composite manifold with 90 mm single-bore throttle body
• Camshaft with 15-mm (.591-inch) lift
• Dry-sump oiling system
• 7000-rpm redline

Finally they put the 427 back into the Corvette.

After watching the Top Gear Video on the Corvette C6 I think they really need to get that Corvette more power.

Vettes have always been an affordable speed demon. The new C6 will be no exception. The previous Z06 with a few mods could take on a 911 Turbo with ease. Compare the $50k price of the Vette to the $110+ of the 911 and price is the clear winner.
