Default '04 Crown Vic LX Sport

Belongs to a friend of mine...it's no Lexus, but I thought I'd share. Bought on July 1st, its already in the process of being modified:

o Superchips Custom Tuning
o Marauder Airbox & MAF
o '04 Police Interceptor intake Tube
o Colder Spark Plugs & 180F Stat
o 3.55 Rear Gears (Awaiting Installation)
o LSD (Awaiting Installation)
o Ziebart Diamond Gloss
o Ziebart Solar Tint

He's also got a modified '02 Town Car and '99 Police Interceptor. I can post pics of those as well if anybody wants. Here's a video of his '99 doing about 250 km/h (157 MPH).

Very cool. I like those Vicky Sports.

Where are you located, exactly? Saudi Arabia?

Those must be rare over there, no?

Actually Kuwait, my friend's located in Saudi. Crown Vics are one of the most popular vehicles on the road actually, in both countries...but modified ones are rare.

I'm not sure about the Saudi prices, but as far as our prices go:

Crown Vic starts from US$17,500
Grand Marquis GS from US$20,000
Grand Marquis LS goes all the way up to US$25,500 fully loaded.

It greatly varies depending on which sector one's working in.

Wow, why do you think they're so popular? Cheap and large?

US$0.30 120 Octane Unleaded
US$0.20 Super Unleaded - 98 Octane
US$0.18 Premium Unleaded - 95 Octane

I'm unsure about the price for leaded fuel though...some vehicles (MBs, BMWs, etc.) use leaded fuel.

They're usually daily drivers for most people. Cheap to run, easy to maintain, reliable. Guess that kinda sums it up. Then again the LS 430 is one of the most popular luxury cars.

Are those prices per gallon or litre?

120 Octane? Wow...
The highest we have here is 94 octane. And that runs for about $0.969 Canadian per Litre.

Sorry should've mentioned. They're per liter.

i'm a fan of the Panther platform, IMO one the better Ford products on the road.
