Makes it look like one of those little amusement-park electric bump-cars with the thick rubber strips all around the edges....the ones that you bump each other with all around the track.

hey mmarshall! i vote for variation 2. i think with black housed head lite and rims, it would look like Initial D -- block buster has it, go check it, it's about an old corolla winning all the downhill drifting games. kakakaaka.

I was talking about the first posted picture there....the Corolla with the big thick black stripe all around. That was my first thought when I saw it.

I didn't get that same impression with the other pictures there....some of them looked pretty good.
How's the GS doing?

oooh, indeed indeed, the 1st pix 's got mega stripes on it. very interesting and thought provoking. foto shop is a wonder, it gives my air head a much better idea i'll def. have to give zeeerocoool major props!

Per tally's request I've blackened the wheels just to make it look closer to the original AE86.
Do they look somewhat better now? (Again, it probably needs blacked out headlights too but I'm too lazy)
