Maybe I'm just nitpicking...but last time I checked, the combined EPA fuel economy is calculated on 55% city and 45% hwy. Whoever put down the 18.4 number is either fooling people or just incompetent in math.

Wow...standard 20" wheels...now that's something that even the 7-series doesn't have as an option.

All in all the best American sedan indeed.
But I just wished the mileage were a bit better (it's more like 16mpg combined). The so-called multiple displacement system doesn't seem to be effective at all. Even the 760Li with its 6.0L V12 gets 15/23...what gives?

Look at the new STS's interior and you'll find out why.....but you may have a point on the power-to-price ratio.

I like the current STS interior. THe new one is okay to me. It doesn't seem any better than the current STS.

You can get AWD with the Caddy. You can get the magneto-resistive suspension which is amazing. It's got an 8" nav screen and the STS-V is gonna be AWESOME.

But this 300C def. looks good with dubs although I wish the 'freight train front' were toned down just a tad.

Thumbs up

I'd hit it.

Stupid Caddy STS commercial on the Olympics...

'Shattering Misconceptions Campaign'

Big print:

"America Can't Build a World-Class Car"

Then in little print:

"Assembled in American using USA and foreign parts."

LOL.

It's a mere 75hp shy of the Viper.

Have you been inside a new 300? I sat in a Touring model with the interior upgrade package (supposedly same interior as 300C models) and it was clearly second rate. They put a first rate drivetrain in the car (300C) but clearly skimped on the interior. Of course - this is how the car makes its intended price-point ...

I think the new STS will deserve the relatively high sticker - the interior (along w/ the rest of the car) looks pretty good, IMO.

vs.

I would like the gauges better on the 300 - but for some reason Chrysler made the back-lighting a soft - veggie baby-poo... or puke-green color. Oh yeah - the climate control interface is a joke ... even my dad's Kia Optima has a digital interface ...

Oh well. It's always a draw.
