I saw with the money saved by going from 600 to 55 you trick the car out. At least get some nice HRE 20's and I know it comes with an AMG kit but get like a Wald or Autocouture kit ....Something like these cars...

I believe the 65 AMGs are new this year, but i was wondering are they there to replace the 55's or accompany them as a higher model?

I think they will accompany. Its not like someone can put 25000+ on a car just like that. i think I also heard its only avalable in ltd amount and for 2 years. Doesnt it come out as a 2005 model i beleive.

Heres a picture of the dyno of an 03 S600:

Its making 481.5 rwhp, which translates into 615 HP at the crank (using the RennTech measured drivetrain loss of 21%)...STOCK

Wow, talk about underrating. 493-615 is a HUGE leap. AMG tuned, the 65's are gonna be monsters.

I agree with you 100% on this D...In fact I beleive on the new CL65amg the dealer markup and profit is about 30k......

I am glad that I am not buying a new one that's for sure..
