Lol!

Last night felt subdued. With this great weather we're having, I thought I'd be hearing them all night.

I always go out and blow like $2,000 on fireworks when I come down here and entertain the whole town! We had 45 minutes of straight fireworks here, people sitting out on the road etc.

Electric pressure washer is great. Quick connects (red dot locations) very convenient too.

I've been at our vacation property in Utah for the 4th. 10 acres of very dry brush so no fireworks for me this year.

I wanted to know why it was so cheap (at first glance this is easily a >$400k car), and a run through the description and comments shows that there are no records of the how the restoration was done, and the car is currently not titled.

Compared to a really nice 2002, they seemed so expensive back then at $5k, $6k for a decent one, when you were a broke young guy. I promised myself I’d get one at some point, but got married early and set it aside for too long. Ughh.

A plain 3.0 is still a beautiful sight. I regret never getting one (or yet - but they’ve become far too expensive to be fun with). I have an old photo of one of my 2002s just like this, lake, mountains, sailboats. I’ll try to find it later today and post it also.

I didn't know anything about these CSL's.

I only knew about the E46 M3 CSL that wasn't sold here.

Made it home! No go with Buc-ee’s on the way home either. The line was out onto 81!

Fuel economy on the trip back is always better. This also included about 9 miles of backroads around traffic.

The overall trip:

I think I’m going to wash the bugs off of it.

Wow nice, your trip is the same length as 1/2 my Arkansas trip!

Last time got 24.5 at 70 average, mileage is always worse for me coming back for some reason. It's very odd since on the way out I always do the last leg hard enough on the backroads to overheat brakes on a few cars.

Only one I haven't overheated was the D4 W12 since it was able to able to carry much more speed in the turns so I didn't have to brake as much. The 4.0 would start to plow 15-20mph lower in sweepers etc so I glazed the hell out of the brakes and lost 1/3 pedal
