I don't care about sound meters lol, I go from having driven and ridden in both which I do often as Ubers. Theres a significant improvement, every review comments on it too. I'd say its a 20% or more improvement. They are as quiet inside now as any entry level luxury car, Lexus ES, Acuras etc whereas before they were surprisingly loud. All acoustic glass in the new ones with additional sound deadening and suspension changes to address noise.
All you did was agree with me lol! It's a marginal improvement that is to be expected for the class, before t was just flat out bad and now it's passable. Exactly what I said
Just giving an update on the Katiba products. We had snow here Friday and the roads of course are all salted to hell so the cars got filthy, even with the salt though they stayed cleaner than normal. I ran the S580 through a touchless wash today and the product remained there beading water. Usually the harsh chemicals in a touchless wash kill a spray product pretty quick. Came home and did a quick rinseless wash and used the Gloss Booster as a drying aid again and the paint was still nice and slick. Great performance for a spray product.
And lots of it in the 3/Y, very strange to experience a midrange car to be as a loud as it is with no white noise of an engine. Audio systems are passable at least
"lots of it" huh? on highland/juniper 3/Y? you're just trolling if that's what you're referring to. i'm pretty sure the model y i have is the quietest car i've ever had.
