I love this, as the inline-5 makes great power (~400hp from the factory and very tune/mod friendly), barely affects chassis dynamics (wider and a bit heavier than the 4-cylinder, but sits in the same spot), and most importantly, sounds like a chainsaw at full rip.
Are these heavy enough for that to work? 139 was great if you were able to swing it in raw revenue/your company is structured to use it
Any multipurpose vehicle over 6,000 lbs GVWR. Bentayga should qualify.

Many times when the 139 deduction was in full swing my accountant told me in December to go buy a SUV over 6,000 lbs GVWR to save on taxes and I could never bring myself to do it lol. Could have bought a $100k SUV on December 31st, financed it and written the whole thing off that year!
