apparently it stands for 'Vereinigte DEUTA - OTA', but i can tell you they've done many of the mercedes gauges clusters over the years

If I actually try and am on a normal drive I'm in the low 20s, it's worse than all the W engine cars somehow....
They're one of the best/most well-known 3rd party gauge manufacturers, along with Autometer. Mercedes was using them for factory gauges for quite a while. Much like how many performance cars have Brembo brakes from the factory, or how some offroad trims have Fox or Old Man Emu shocks.

there's a set of pads on both the top and bottom of the rotor which i'd never seen before, just like having 2 spark plugs per cylinder idk if it's actually helpful to do it that way but it does look like it really means business
We were out tonight with two other couples and we drove everybody in the Pacifica, one of the women says “this is the nicest minivan I think I have ever seen” lol, so my wife’s 2 hours at the carwash was worthwhile.
In 2026, we are down to only 3 N/A V-8 cars:
There are only 4 remaining naturally-aspirated V8 sports cars left in 2025

LOL.. are you sitting on one *** cheek dreading hitting 100k?
Ever since mine turned over 70k I have this stupid complex. The cars like to be driven....hard. Yet somehow the "7" at the beginning of the miles seems way worse than "6" lol.
SL is a gas guzzler, but not as bad as yours but I was a little surprised. No more than 14MPG city is my guess. LOL the Yukon barely lets you access the mpg, I still haven't figured out how to access it like in my LX where you can see your tank average all the time. It hides away for a reason, lmao.
I don't yearn for my cars to suck gas down but I could not possibly care less that they do.
