You don't have to pay them here.

It is so hilarious, the ticket looks as if to threaten you but then says THIS CANNOT AFFECT YOUR DRIVING RECORD, CREDIT, OR INSURANCE.

We've done the same thing lol

I don't really care for alcohol anyway like I said, but what has disgusted me probably for life was the last time I really got drunk.... it was on the boat and from vodka and not rotgut either.

I was hungover and sick for 3 days. Welcome to 2-3 day hangovers in your 40s. Alcohol is just disgusting unless it's a drink or two for the taste, like I said I love Bloodys. Weed does nothing except make you laugh and ease pain and tension, and think harder if you feel like it. Why do y'all think I'm always watching The Shining? Lol.
For me its all about who you are with. I hardly ever drink when I'm not with people who are drinking. On the cruise we were just on our neighbors were with us so I was drinking a lot, but normally I hardly drink at all.

I personally have found as long as I drink liquor I don't get hangovers, but if I drink beer and liquor I will get a monster hangover that is totally not worth it.

This is hilarious. A couple of years ago our neighbor was smoking in his backyard, and it got into the house. My wife thought our son was smoking weed in his room and made a fast beeline. I heard all this commotion, he's screaming "mooooom"! I go in the room, and I kid you not, my 5 ft 2 wife had this big almost 6 ft 19 year old in a corner, and she's tearing through his drawers, bed and closet screaming "where did you hide it!" I knew it wasn't him, but had a laugh anyway as momma cop was interrogating him 😂
I HATE the smell...

We ended up renting a minivan and when I got to the lot to pick from a handful of Pacificas, one of them was the plug in EV and when I saw it and knew I was driving a ton I immediately picked it from the lineup. It wasn’t a loaded model by any means with its vinyl seats but it had nearly all the options I needed like CarPlay and adaptive cruise control even auto high beams which was huge mostly driving in the middle of no where at night where it was truly pitch black.

After over a thousand miles of driving I have to say I was completely blown away from the engine. It was buttery smooth and nearly completely silent, almost like an EV and I didn’t even use the plug in EV part. Not trying to offend the couple of Pacifica owners here but I can’t believe Chrysler could build an engine so good. It was easily on par with the Lexus engines I have had in refinement and quietness. I was truly amazed. It also had plenty of power for passing cars on single lane roads where I had to get into the triple digits at times while passing. Range was also great with 520 miles on a full tank and I averaged a hair over 30mpg and I was doing 80-85mph most of the way since the speed limit was 75mph most of the way.

One thing I didn’t like was how it handled at high speeds, going over 80mph on sweeping curves felt a little uneasy because of how floaty it was but it’s a minivan so that’s expected.
It really is amazing how different the PHEV Pacifica is over the gas Pacificas. They feel like two totally different vehicles, and its the same engine! I really enjoy driving ours. We had a Carnival rental in Florida and I was very happy we chose the PHEV Pacifica. Carnival I would take over the gas Pacifica anyday. My sister in law loved ours so much she bought one also just like it but red, and she is a die hard Honda person who had two Odysseys. They keep their vehicles 10+ years and 150k+ miles too so it will be interesting to see how reliable it stays.

The hybrid Pacifica is better in sweeping curves than the gas one because tje center of gravity is better, but yeah still a big FWD heavy macpherson strut vehicle.

Also, another pet peeve I realized is that I can’t take following someone for long drives on single lane roads that can’t maintain a constant speed. Almost the whole drive I would get stuck behind someone that would do 65, then 75, then 70, then 68, etc. where my auto cruise control would just drive me insane with the constant slowing, speeding up, then slowing again, etc. where finally I would just have to pass them when the opportunity arose.
I HATE that. I always have to wind up passing them in passing zones into oncoming traffic. Thats much easier in the S580 than the Pacifica because of the power.

I enjoy driving still because I enjoy my cars. Thats one reason why I can justify to myself spending so much on cars, because when I am like "ugh I have to drive here" it dawns on me "but I get to drive my car".

So for all you speed racers out there (I'm talking to you @BayeauxLex ) I was driving to work this morning, traffic was about moderate, and this motorcycle shoots past me so fast, he actually shocked me. He's cutting through traffic, going from left lane to right lane and back. Just insane. Than a guy in a white Camry decides 75 mph was too slow, and he starts doing the same thing, cuts all the way from the left lane cutting between cars. Well, about 5 minutes later, traffic comes to an almost complete halt. There are cars pulled over in the left lane as well as the right lane, all part of an accident, which I suspected was caused by either the motor cycle or the Camry. as I pass the right lane, I see people gathered around something shattered, and a guy laying on the ground withering in pain

I took a video as I was passing, it's a bit blurry due to it focusing on the dash. There were at least 5 cars involved, and a couple were totaled. And yes, my friend in the White Camry was involved as well. Below is a link to the video as I was passing by

We did see it right when we got to Vegas because we had time to kill before we could get in our room. We also did Valley of Fire, Zion, Bryce, Antelope, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon.

I sure it is much easier but I was never wanting more power even passing cars a there were times I had to pass 3 cars at once or even an 18 wheeler. I’m still amazed at how silent and smooth the powertrain is and the transition from electric to gas is seamless. I’m sure not S class quiet or smooth but I bet it’s better than most cars and I’m used to driving an EV everyday.

The part that sucked is when I was stuck five cars back and no one would pass the slow car so it was hard to leap frog to get ahead so I would have to wait until there was a short two lane passing lane and that is where I would get frustrated if some cars would stay in the left lane and slowly pass vs quickly pass. Because of that I could only pass one or two cars or I would have to pass on the right before it went back to a single lane.

Sucks for the motorcycle guy but play stupid games… Hard lesson to learn but maybe it will knock some sense in to him and hopefully he learns from it. As for the Camry guy, hope witnesses explain exactly what happened and how he was driving if in fact he and/or the motorcyclist caused the accident.

If he lives. He looked pretty bad. A few people had their cars totaled, and one of the women standing over the guy looked like she was either a nurse or medical assistant as she was dressed like she works in a doctors office, or maybe dentist office. With all the cars with dash cams and people with smart phones, I'm sure it was all caught on video. My Tesla caught the motorcycle driver as he shot past me. CHP has also installed a lot of Camera's as this particular freeway is known for aggressive driving and racing. Once a Charger going over 100 mph cut through a small space between my car and the car in front of me, the shock wave I felt was unreal

Yeah it really is great. Great transition from EV to gas too and sometimes its hard to tell which its using...

Thats whats nice about the S580, I can pass all 5 cars in one shot!

Nope, that was yesterday in San Jose. This happened this morning in Fremont on the 680 Freeway (Northbound)

yes most people don't know how good the very reliable and peppy 'pentastar' v6 engine is. and in a hybrid setup, even better. i had the pentastar in my jeep grand cherokee and it was great. plenty powerful enough, and smooth.

the key is to absolutely pound water at the end of the night and not go to sleep until you've mostly sobered up

something else that seems to work well is an old lexus! on several occasions my friend has gone JAKE I NEED THE LS and after 20 min in the back seat he's good to go again and heads home lmao

he'll say it has 'healing properties' which i don't disagree with

Yeah, not a good idea.
Had my best friend barf all over the back seat of my new car.

Just bought the car and only had it a few days.
I was dating his sister and she spent all night cleaning it up off my cloth interior.
