General Car Conversation 2025 - Part 1
Oh you 100% wouldn't........I would take it as a personal challenge to see if the factory durability testing was good enough.
Problem is that if I lease something it would be a car I don't really care about.....if it's something I actually like I would buy it and usually those cars are engineered excessively and don't have those problems. If I had say, a leased BRZ I would explore the oiling system limitations. If I had a turbo 4 I would test just how much I can lean on the turbo before it goes....

Oh as a daily? I'm far too cheap for something that expensive to beat on lol!
I've gotten over a decade and 130k miles for $4700 out of my Jeep and the LS430 was sold for more than I bought it for so I ended up spending "nothing". I'm very much a cheap *** in that sense, the only reason I'm putting miles on my D4 W12 is I never plan to sell it so I don't care if I'm "ruining" my cost ratio.

If you know my co-worker, he was driving a 2012 Prius with 200k on it just so he wouldn't put miles on his baby Boxter's. He was going to replace it with the new Prius, but after test driving it and an EV back to back, he went with the EV. Paid about $42k out the door

I filled it up with Winterfit 1:1 so that’s good to -4F.
Got both cars all nice and cleaned and spray sealed and cleaned up inside. First time for both cars since December!

Got it 👍I still think I would get you in an EV, although you would be a tough nut to crack

That's the difference with me though, if I had Porsches I wouldn't have boxters. I would have built Turbo-Ss lol!
