Well I do that as well as the wiper controls in our Sienna are different than in the Tesla's, as well as Ioniq. Actually I have to make a much bigger adjustment when I switch from our EV's to the Sienna. I keep forgetting the Sienna doesn't have OPD . That and I have to adjust throttle control, I keep making the Sienna "jump" off the line and I have to adjust the way I drive
I drive to places I have never been all the time for work, but I also drive to places that I go regularly from other places. I also routinely use navigation even when I know where I am going for traffic alerts and re-routing etc.
same here... i like to be able to look to see how long the nav thinks i have left to reach destination (and ETA) even if i've done the trip a thousand times. plus of course even on a super familiar route you'll get traffic and other notices and it will re-route accordingly.
oh and i think someone asked about applle maps doing speed trap alerts... well yep, it does that.

glad you've been self-appointed as the representative for ALL tesla owners.
more seriously, most people adjust, accept, and like whatever they have. i'm sure if i got a tesla i wouldn't really miss apple carplay because i'd simply adjust to a new feature set. but doesn't change the fact that aa/acp could well be a current objection to some tesla sales and that's not a good thing, but i don't see tesla changing that.

I looked at lot of cars over the last three years, and they all have aspects I like, as well as hate. Tesla is doing something right, selling nearly half a million cars a quarter.
If the worst thing about a Tesla is that it doesn't have AA or ACP, I can live with that
good post.

what specifically would she miss if she didn't have it, or is it just comfort from familiarity with it and not wanting to learn something new?

can relate to this! unless i'm using paddle shifters to keep in low gears, i forget the lc500 doesn't slow down when i take my foot off the gas.
can't believe your phone puts an 'ad' in the photos.
I just turned it off . Basically I factory reset my phone yesterday due to some issues I was having, and it turned this feature on (watermarks) after resetting up my phone. Won't happen again

My co-worker is going to help me install the CF spoiler a little later today. We have an area in the back of the building, nobody goes back there. I'll add some pics post install
