I’m not an LC’s customer but I don’t think it looks good. Doesn’t look like a Land Cruiser, aka LX’s cousin.
It's the LC Prado which has always been a reskinned GX (or vice versa).
Still, I'm surprised how many people I keep hearing repeat the "OMG the Land Cruiser is so much cheaper than before!" schtick because we never got the Prado here. Toyota's marketing did its job well.

New LCs are like 75k for a good one. They're not that much less than the 200 was.
IDK if I agree, lots of people know that loaded cars come out to way more despite the ads touting base prices.
The Land Cruiser 200 did not have a base model for the USA. It came in top spec. The name Prado isn’t used everywhere BTW. The new Land Cruiser has different models so the MSRP price is gonna be cheaper to start. Did you know the 80s series Land Cruiser has a base model in the US. Cloth seats. Drum brakes in the rear were base

"Out of spec" doesn't matter to me until the car needs to go to the shop for a repair, which it virtually NEVER does.
Yes, correct. Less was wrong and I spent less on all 3 than just the LS430 and on my D4 I replaced the whole front suspension as well just because I wanted to feel it on fully new arms.
@mmarshall What do you do when your favorite car reviewer makes fun of your favorite brand?
What do I do, you ask? Three things. First, I give Alex the right to make a joke now and then if he wants to.....I do so often-enough myself. Second, when you look at his actual reviews of recent Buick products (instead of a social-media joke), he actually thinks pretty highly of them. Third, in some way's it's not even really a joke, because, as you can see from the shot, he obviously has all of his front teeth (or all-restored crowns)...and I myself still have all of my natural teeth except one front crown.
That's not what people are thinking about though, they're just looking at the base price which is ~$55K.

I sat in a new LC with close seats, no roof, manual rear hatch, bare bones and the sticker was $58k. Salesman showed me an allocation for one with leather, power rear hatch amongst other packages for $70k.
