Yes we're saying the same thing, that was why I qualified it with whether the data is accurate or not being another matter. Sometimes a charger is shown as available when it isn't actually working at all (this is distinct from a charger showing as "in use", that can happen at any time as you head to the charger that you thought was "available"). More often than not, the data is right and with apps like Plugshare users are pretty good at reporting cases like this. Also, with some networks like EvGo you can reserve a charger ahead of time.
