Lexus dealer oil type for change
I live in GVA area.
Just wondering what kind of oil does Lexus dealer use for oil change on 2005 Lexus RX330?
I am guessing it's just conventional oil?

Lexus uses synthetic oil made by Sharlu or Sharjah National Lube Oil Company L.L.C in U.A.E. i believe... i just use Royal Purple...

Almost all high end cars use strictly synthetic now.On my is350 f sport,the type of oil is emblazoned on the frame of the engine, as soon as you open the hood in 1 inch letters.

I just called Lexus regency lexus, they said regular oil is is used in my 2005 Lexus RX330. Guess it's because it's a older car? that's why regular oil is used?

u can ask for synthetic if u do take it to the dealer to get oil change...
