I wouldn't be driving if I was paying premiums as high as some of the ones posted in this thread. I'm mid-30s and pay $81/month ($972/yr) for a 2013 GS 450h. I don't think I've paid more than $1200/year for any of my vehicles.

I'm not sure you will get many people that will admit to modding their IS and keeping it from their insurance company. Technically I cannot see somebody installing an intake and exhaust and calling their broker to let them know...

You don't have to tell the insurance company your car is modified.
But if your car gets stolen, the you don't get anything back for the money spent on mods.
And my insurance rate is $1350/ year for my 2009 ISF with td mm. Early 30s, 3 cars and a house insured together in the GTA.

im 27 and i have a 2008 is250 paying 301.48 with belair direct and thats with my girfriend as a second driver also ....i have two speedin tickets and a accident at fault 2 years ago....and a ticket for not following signs belair direct is pretty good
