Default Where to balance my 19s?

I've had it balanced twice since I bought the wheels, still on the same tires, but it's still shaking even after I did the caster arm change... no shakes on the 17s, haven't tried the 18s yet...

I was thinking of giving it to advance in coq, but 1. they're gone, 2. they can't fix the merc's alignment (I did a diy check on rear cross toe, it's quite off, 1 inch difference front to back on the rears...)

most high end tire shops will have a roadforce balancer... find a shop with one of those, who knows how it works...
