I have only been to Don valley a couple times and I did not like the way I was treated at all. I was looking at an ISF and nobody wanted to give me the time of day. I bought my car at oakville lexus and everyone there is great! However they are probably a little far away for all you Torontonians

Just a quick note to identify that I took my car for service to Ken Shaw Lexus at 2336 St Clair Ave W. - and was very satisfied. They were efficient, respectful, professional and courteous and I will return their for service again. I only evidence because if you're looking for a dealer you can trust to service your Lexus (a friend of mine turned me on to these guys) and I can recommend them.

Hi:
I have dent in my right passenger door that I would like to get fixed. It wasn't hit by another car and looks more like a punch/kick by someone (you know those crazies on the street).
I have an appointment tomorrow at lexus but wanted to know if there is any non-lexus place you would like to recommend?

I regularly go to Northwest Lexus. Service is excellent there.

I've been to Bullock City and the lady drives you to the mall if it is a long service.
They were very nice and quick. The work is legit.
