Mid Night Meet. saturday, may 31st at 11pm and will last till June 01st!!!!

This will be right after DTP of which I will have a booth and I'll be a judge. Hopefully I will be able to make the meet at some point during the evening or morning.

u always do such a good job on urs
i should be in vancouver around the time of this meet so i think i can make it
but ill be super busy around that time so its best not to put my name down on the list yet
ill remember it though and sign up when i can confirm my attendance
i should be able to borrow my dad's nikon D300 for this meet too

i think we should try and do some rolling shots somewhere where there's lots pretty light to illuminate how clean the cars are ... all sparkly and pretty

you havent worked a booth before.
one year we decided to take down the trussing ourselves. lets say, the only ones left at BC place stadium were the security. Even Wally (show organizer) left before i did. lesson learned, pay the crew to take it down.
if i can find a friend to help, then ill be out of there faster. gotta pack everything and move the tables into my other car, and transport them back to my garage to store. on top of getting my car out of the show.
show usually ends at 11. then the line up of cars to get out. they can fit a max of 8 cars at a time in the airlocks.
8 DTP shows, i know how much expected time is needed for clean up...

rolling shots at night?
is that possible without blur or high noise level?
sun rises at like 6AM
u sure ppl are up for meeting around that time?
if so i would recommend Seymour or somewhere where we can see the east without much obstruction
unfortunately burnaby mountain parking lot looks towards the west

and note i said sun rise pix not sun rise meet ... as in who ever is crazy enough to stay up that long after out midnite meet
