actually... wasn't much fun... stupid vsc won't stay off
i ended up going to cap college instead... there was more fluffy stuff out there
there was a guy that had a beat up tercel that was having more success than me... he was using the light posts for pylons

wow that Tercel guy has b***s to use them as pylons.
Yeah it snowed but didn't stick on the west side. It's all on the east and north lol.
Ben.. tried the e-brake? works on my Prius lol. I spun 'round and 'round at UBC's B-lot last year when we had all that ice.

but the tercel did... it's not hard in the tercel. front drive, open diff, and a handbrake turn at the end of the run... but it was his downhill runs that was scary because he was carrying so much speed at the end and he only used the handbrake to stop/turn
we were in the lots between the campus and the cemetery (very creepy place at night... so much fog coming off the cemetery grounds)

i don't have a handbrake... GS's only have a foot brake which sucks

yeah that is creepy...the perfect movie set or something... (at least the way you described it)

This was what I did.
Get some speed (10-15km/h should be enough. Not too fast lol). Yank the steering wheel (left or right, whichever side you have space). The car will then beep cause VSC is trying to keep you on your intended path. Once you've done about ¼ turn, lightly press the footbrake and get ready to counter (most likely, you'll just spin 180-270°. 360° if you're lucky).

I probably won't be able to do it this year since I'm getting my tyres swapped on Saturday for Nokian WRs. They're much grippier on snow and ice than the stock Goodyear Integritys (which are the s******t tyres you'll ever encounter). I'll try it out when it snows and report back lol.
