OT: ne1 here from vancouver bc canada?
we bought a gs400 a few months back and i'm feeling kind of lonely... i've only seen one other gs400 on the street, and everything else was on dealer lots 
are there any other modded gs3's or 4's out there in the gvrd? there was a silver one that was repainted white and sold in richmond last month, and the wheel alignment shop i went to yesterday told me of a tinted out black one slammed on chrome 20's running amok at night downtown.... but that's about it.
i was hoping to find out where u guys go to get work done. my previous regular haunts do mostly hondas and subarus, so they are scratching their heads over our gs4, and the lexus dealer wasn't too happy when they saw my rolling into their lot because of everything that was done to it.

I'm from the west like you, but I'm near Calgary, Alberta... 
It's tough to find people in western Canada, nonetheless Canada itself. Most Canadadians here are from the GTA.
Hit me up a PM if you're ever near Calgary or Edmonton! I'm in Vancouver often, but I never bring my modded SC430...and your right the # of people who mod their lexus' in Canada are very few that I've ever seen!

i finally saw my second gs today... older gentleman in a green gs300 bombing along oak st. while i was gingerly dodging those damn sunken manhole covers (scared for my 20's
) this guy was just sailing thru them and i was left far behind...i dropped by starlite autobody and found out they were modifying a white sc400 with a big widebody kit! i wanted to take pictures with my camera phone but the bodyshop owner said the customer didn't want thatt

Check your local forums, there will most likely be a GS member there that hasn't heard about the lexus forums.
In Calgary there is a forum called beyond.ca and there alot of local members on there. Most of em are hondas however there are alot of bimmer owners as well. There are some local Vancity guys there as well. check it out, maybe it'll work out for you.
They got a good classifield section too, and shipping isn't outrageous like getting stuff from the states beacuse they are all local.

Hey,
I go to Vancouver on a monthly basis. I don't bring my GS4 though. I usually rent a car when I am there. I don't see much Lexus there as opposed to here in Texas. I did saw a nice moded GS4 while I was in downtown. (Granville) I'll PM you when I'm around there.

Actually I kinda like the fact that there are not many GS's around. 
Makes my modded GS stand out even more!
I see stock GS's, probably a handful at the most per week. Very rare to see modded ones though. But there are quite a few members in the GTA on here just like Herrage mentioned earlier.

aside from the ricer is300's, bc is a desert wasteland for modded lexus... usually some old tired ls or sc with big-*** chrome spinners on stocks suspension with some nasty candy pain job

IC... cannot wait to see your car asap... I got glaciar frost mica .... 250 AWD... have fun with it now... just lack of power for the engine though >< ... anyway we should shedule a meet ... for IS at GVA ... sounds hot
