Have been having issues with the auto trunk latch release. Started opening and closing in rapid succession. Many other electrical glitches were happening as well. Chased problem to a fuse/relay junction box that had moisture corrosion. Ordered replacement on eBay Motors which fixed everything but for the trunk latch, no can not get anything with the latch to work (Inside release, FOB or key) have to go in through rear seat fold-down and grab the "emergency release". Now, it's possible that the latch mechanism "burned out" but, we were having trouble with auto trunk close, latch was stuck in closed position not allowing to grab the latching bar. Had to press FOB or pull inside release several times for latch to retract to open position allowing it to grab the bar. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
