2013 rear trunk /tails

I’ve seen the conversion done on the 07-12 . But what is actually needed to do the conversion? Is it body work or just the trunk lid and tail lights from a 2013+ ls

theres also a 2013+ panel between the trunk lid and bumper thats needed
