GS 350 lowered on Tanabe NF210 lowering springs and Avant Garde Rims
I just sold my Lexus LS and have bought a 2015 Lexus GS 350 AWD. I just had Tanabe NSF 210 lowering springs installed. I have a wheel shop installing 19" Avant Garde M310 wheels next week. I went with a staggered setup, 9" front and 10" rear. I'll be sure to post the pics once the wheels are installed. GS 350, AWD, with Tanabe NF210 lowering springs installed. Just make sure you know what you are doing with rolling diameter, etc. AWD doesn't play too nice with staggered if off by too much. Then again, I'm no expert on this. I do like the drop, just waiting on my factory shocks to go before I replace with coilovers.
I went to a wheel specialty shop so I didn't screw something up. He showed me on the computer program how they dial in the rolling diameter and explained the importance on the AWD model. Glad I went to an expert.
How is the ride after the drop? Did you take any measurements of the before/after? Also, how much did you pay for the install? Looks great! Congrats!
I took photos of the before / after, lll post on this reply. Tanabe states 1.25"-1.5" on the drop. The ride is pretty firm, still taking time to get used to the firm ride, my previous car was the Lexus LS 430. The ride feels like I am in a constant "sport mode".
My mechanic charged $600 for the spring install because on the AWD they are a little bit of a pain in the *** to get to and then $100 for a wheel alignment. Stock AWD height on front wheel. Stock AWD height on rear wheel.
$600 for spring install??? AWD or not, that is ridiculous. You won't notice a huge difference in tire gap with stock wheels. Would you happen to know the offset of the wheels? I'm currently on 19x9+28/19x10+45 with tanabe springs. I can't say I know much about AWD, but I might be able to help you when you pick tires.

So I checked my receipt, the labor on the Spring install was $440, $110 each spring. I also got an oil change and the alingnment was a little over $100.
I”ll check with the tire shop on the offset. I got the rims wrapped with Michellin Pilot +4 Sport all season rubber. I also dont know what size tires he went with.
I just had Avant Garde M310 rims installed. They are 19x9" front and 19x10" up front. Car has Tanabe NF210 lowering springs. This makes for a pretty stiff ride. I drive a lot of highway miles so its okay. However, if lived in a downtown area, I would have to go back a softer setup. I also just installed yellow HID Foglights and have ordered R1 slotted and vented brake rotors. Once the weather warms up, I will be painting the calipers.
