Blown valve cover gasket caused by pcv?

There was oil pooling under my car after running, got out to the sound of sizzling and smoke and smell of burnt oil. Clearly, my pcv valve has failed and I'm guessing caused a blown cover gasket. There was a slight collection of oil above the left head here. There seems to be a lot of grime on that side of the engine as well. Seems to have been a problem for a while. Ordered valve cover gasket and pcv valve. Is there anything else I should be looking for to replace in there?

If original, replace left and right bank PCV system hoses, clamps, PCV valve, and PCV grommet....

Age and heat hardened rubber does not seal well.

Also replace both valve cover gaskets, valve cover bolt sealing washers, oil fill cap gasket and spark plug tube seals...

You will require FIPG for application in certain areas of new valve cover gasket and cam wedges (half moon shaped plugs used to fill void

Before removing valve covers seriously clean them and surrounding area to prevent grit from falling into engine.

at back of head after head is machined for camshaft)...use Toyota 00295-00103

If unsure about any of this, check out a Lexus shop manual or hire an experienced wrench.
