Default Should i build or sell

I have a 97 sc300 that I have owned for 14 years. I love this car! It has 180k and I am trying to decide if I should rebuild it or sell it. Any advice. How much will it cost to overhaul the engine? Never had a timing belt change, needs a new ac system, traction control light keeps flickering, check engine light. Probably needs a lot of love of which I have for this car. Please elaborate.

Sounds like it would be alot cheaper to just get another one. You do not sound too mechanically inclined, so the auto mechanic is gonna empty out your wallet real quick!

your looking at 1000 or more for the timing belt job parts and labor at a mechanic A/c whole system is another 1500-2500... or more. I'd say sell it or track it and try to find a cleaner one that works and has been maintained
