Default EUN RCF Build

I've been putting this off for too long so with the downtime I have I decided to start this up today.

How it started:
I remember exactly when and where I first found out about the existence of the Lexus RC-F.
My firm was hosting a conference in LA so I was there and it was Superbowl weekend(2/5/17), and of course I was at a friend of a friend's house for their party.
It was a commercial break when Lexus revealed the first ever commercial on the LC500 and I legitimately had no idea what the car was so I googled it on my phone.
The LC500's design was captivating and all that, but after I looked up more pictures I lost interest rather quickly...and that's when I happened on pictures of the RC-F.
A few minutes later the game was back on and the Pat's had a major comeback and won the game (I knew they would and had money on them like any good Bostonian would/should) and it was a night of huge celebration for me...yet when I got back to my hotel room that night I kept looking at more pictures of the RC-F.
I didn't realize it then, but looking back, that's when the bug really bit me.
So as soon as I got back I talked to my fiance about buying a car and managed to convince her to get on board with it.
The only hesitation we had was that we were looking at buying our first house together but ended up buying both the house and car within a week of each other fortunately without a hitch.
Back to the story, in February, I looked up a bunch of information and joined the CL forums and studied and studied and studied more than I had ever done for anything really before.
Before this, I had been fortunate enough to drive nicer cars but never paid any attention to it as they were simply a mode of transportation to me and nothing more.
By early March I decided my price point and that I would go with a new '17 rather than a new '16 due to the AVS and didn't want the Performance package because the fiance wanted the moon roof(though we never use it haha).
Fast forward to March 11th 2017 when Lexus of Raleigh in NC flew me out to check out the brand new 2017 Lexus RC-F they had just received directly from Japan on March 1st.
And that was that, pulled the trigger, signed the paperwork, and drove the car down to Atlanta and considered it my break-in mileage.
A bit long winded for me but thought the story deserved to be told in full at least once.

Currently, I am fortunate enough to be able to happily say that I am sponsored by several awesome vendors and would support working/purchasing from them!
If you need any information at all regarding them, please feel free to contact me and I'll help as much as I can as well as direct you to the appropriate people.

-Vossen(FL)

-ButlerTire(GA)

-PPE Engineering(AZ)

-aFe Power(CA)

-SickSpeed(WA)

-Limitless Automotive(GA)

**There are a few other sponsorship offers I have not yet accepted at this time.**
If you happen to be one of the vendors, please understand that I have not yet come to a decision of which direction to take my car is all and that it has nothing to do with your company.
Thank you!

4/27/17: The infamous stripe stage. A lot of people gave me flak for it but it was something unique and different. (Took a second to remember why there was such a big gap between mods, I was traveling back home to Guam for a month lol)

Thanks Josh, I'm going to get to the Borla post soon.
As for future mods, if you can get the rowen rear bumper extensions and the lexon rears around the pricing we texted at, let me know.
Not in a rush, at all.

Can't wait to see it, completed, enjoying the build thread - I'll start mine soon hopefully.

Who did the calipers vinyl? We still need to do my car vinyl like we talked.

Thanks Keoni!
As with all car builds, do you feel there is ever a point it's complete haha
Calipers I wrapped myself with friends, and yes we still absolutely have to get your roof done!
It's not a particularly hard job so I was going to float the idea of doing it yourself and I'll help with a buddy of mine.
If you're just looking to have it done though, the average price for roofs is about 200-300 and I can refer you to a couple guys depending on your location.
