For my own reference, GR Supra forged OEM wheels fit perfectly. You'll need:
1. Centre bore rings of 60.1 -> 66.6mm, can get a machine shop to make or buy online
2. Can use wobble nuts but I got the wheels machined from 5x112 to 5x114.3
3. OEM Centre caps from a Lexus CT200h 42603-76021 note that the standard 62mm Lexus caps WILL NOT FIT. The CT200h is unusual as it uses 56mm centre caps, which fit perfectly.

Got the leather seats re-done in Nappa leather with the perforated center sections... cost me a bomb but worth it

Driver's side leather was torn and quite worn out

Sending the car to a well known upholstery shop... they can re-do anything in any custom colour, but I chose to stick with 100% OEM

Foam in decent shape considering it is 12 years old... the shop added some fillers to certain sections

All done in black Nappa leather with the very fine grain, plus perforated center section just like OEM

also re-did the rear seats, center armrest, basically everything except the door cards

How much did this cost? And who did you send it too those seats look incredible I had no idea you would restore them to look that nice I guess it just comes down to finding a good enough guy.

It's a local company here in Singapore. There're lots of high end leather upholster shops here due to the massive luxury car market. They basically unstitch the existing leather seats and use the various shapes as a pattern to cut the new leather, then stitch up the new leather. They also changed some of the foam. I specifically wanted the perforated center pieces to look 100% OEM, but they can customise anything you want, any stitching etc. Cost is about USD 1,400.

If the leather is actual semi-aniline/napa/whatever-you-wanna-call-top-qrade-non-corrected-leather, that's practically peanuts money. Willing to ship covers if they still have the templates? :P (I caught the home cinema upgrades bug so probably not immediately )

I'll ask the shop! They buy the material in massive rolls and labour is cheap here.

I got my very yellowed headlights replaced by this local vendor from Carousell : Swift Headlight Restoration

Essentially he buys them from AliExpress (China) and replaces your old yellowed headlight casing (not the bulbs) with brand new aftermarket ones. Cost me about $220 SGD for one side in 2020 (the other side was replaced by Borneo as part of an accident claim).

Biggest bang for your buck mod IMHO as it completely refreshes the look of the car and makes it look like it came straight from the factory. I believe he even used the "After" photos of my GS as advertising for his listing LOL.

@natnut thanks for the contact! I'll look them up, I'll get this original set re-done and swap in another set with the LED projectors. The headlights have been bothering me for some time

I'm still planning to do an LED projector retrofit and paint the headlight surrounds. Inspired by this thread -> https://www.drive2.ru/l/467117345651819210/

I bought a few sets of headlights, 1 set brand new and 1 set used from yahoo.jp auctions, just haven't had the time to do it

Also I want to delete the useless headlight washer system, so ordered some parts. Will start maybe mid-Feb.

Your method is more comprehensive but involves changing all the wiring, the ballasts and the AFS mechanisms and the installation is a lot more complex and time intensive. Mine is just changing the plastic casing and it took about 2 hrs. I dropped my car off at his home, went shopping at the nearby shopping complex for 2 hrs and came back to pick up my car.

Only this was changed :

Looks very good! I'll definitely look him up once I do the headlight swap, will get the originals redone in case I screw up the LED retrofit
