Hello Everyone,

Mostly I've been lurking here and posting here and there, but I've done a few things to my Nebula Grey Pearl 4GS, so I thought I'd create a build thread.

First is my old car and why my username is SDPanda

questions with coilovers, do you ever have a full car of 4 or 5 ppl and rub in bumps?

rubbing the fenders?

When I ordered the coilovers I got stiffer springs. 14k in the front and 12k in the rear. Also, I rolled the fenders to clear the wheels/tires. I'm pretty mindful when I drive avoiding bumps/dips and things like that, but Ive had 3 people in the car and no rubbing driving on streets/freeways.

Car looks really good. Just a suggestion, I would add the red overlays to the rear taillights to cover the orange. It’s a really clean and easy mod to do.

Thanks for the suggestion. Considering the front and side mirror signals are amber, I decided to keep the back amber as well. Maybe the 16+ GS taillights in the future though.

I'm in love with your wheels.
What were the color and option details and offsets? So flush!
Did you roll the fenders?
How much are we talking, roughly?

I'm east coast, so very little chance of us ending up at the same party. :)

i like the amber tail too. all reds make it look...american :p !

so crazy 19s look a tad small on the car, but love this clean style of hardritts which is not overly used like the waffes or ordens.
what's your tire sizing?

i come from accords as well and I'm sure I've talked to you at some of the past accord meets (still have my CB). keep the updates coming!

thanks for the compliment.

color: titan gradation
Size: 19x9.5 A disk 19x10.5 O disk
offset: +26 +38
fender work: rolled front and rear fender and trimed the front fender liner where the fender meets the front bumper.
price: its a 3 peice wheel so not cheap. Retail is a little bit more than $1000 each wheel new. I got mine new, but i got a really good deal haha

i like the fit. Honestly 20s looks like the "right" size for this car, but 19s still look good.

thanks man. Good meeting a fellow previous accord owner. Post it up so i can see if i remember it.

Yeah the wheels wells on these cars are huge. Also, the style of these wheel fits the car really nice and unique, which is why i bought them.

The tires im running are 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. I was afraid of clearing, but after mounting i think i can go one step wider and still clear. So might try 245/35 and 275/30 next. But the stretch is pretty mild so i might just keep ot the same.

jonathancl 05-01-18 09:53 AM

Btw: I think the amber signals go very nicely with this color.

Have you considered amber calipers? I've seen that on a few others, would look great with the wheels and signals.
