Getting ready to start pushing the inner barrels. This is my own idea to polish the barrels.

And also if there is any one that is close to Atlanta or would want to make a trip here, and would like to swap trunk lids. I have a perfect trunk lid 01 dark blue with the factory wing and custom black chrome emblems. I don't like the wing look. I know a lot of guys love the wing look. So if some one wants to trade blue lids. Message me on here. Thanks.

Well here's a update. For the last couple of weekends I've been working on the trunk. Getting the base set up for the air system. First I welded up the mounts for the air tanks and then had to make the hinge tortion bars stiffer to hold up the extra wieght of the tanks.

And then I started working on the floor base. All the weeks aren't perfect but they are all solid.

And to get the panels booked down I came up with this idea. I made these so after I install the wood flooring on top of the plywood I could tighten the nuts from below and not have the bolt spin.

And the center panel is going to be on a set of basement window hinges. In this picture you can see one hinge is on. I'll get so better pictures when I get the other hinge mounted.

Got my inners but from the chrome shop they are all stripped and look great. Now I just need to polish them up and put them back together.

Nice work on the trunk so far. Using the basement window hinges was a great idea. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
