Default Car won't turn on after water pump replacment

Hi everyone, I need help with my is300. I recently replaced the water pump, tensioner pulley, cam seals, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and wires. I aligned two dash marks to the back plate and the crankshaft to TDC(0 degrees). However car does not want to turn out , I have to step on the throttle all the way so the car could turn on but even then it takes a while and when it does the rpm's take forever to climb. The codes that it shots out are throttle position sensor and air/fuel sensor. the car as sounds likes its miss firing and it wouldnt stay on. Can it be that I switch from denso plugs to NGK( laser iridium) plugs or something with the timing?

Nvm, I found the problem. It was a broken tooth on the crankshaft timing gear
