Default Patton's 08ISF Build

What's up CL,

So I had perviosuly owned a 2006 is350 and always wanted the F. Recently I found a local 2008 is F that was a well maintained local gem with a clean Carfax history. I picked it up on October 8, 2017. Here's a picture the day I bought it

Before I even bought the car I had purchased a few things to get mods started right away.
First 3 things I had
ZEnclosures custom 2 10" sub box (had Alpine type E subs and a 760watt kicker amp)
Fsport shift ****
2.5 to 3.5" quad tips

When I got home from purchasing the F I immediately hooked up the subs and got the shift **** in place. The following Saturday I went to a muffler shop and deleted the factory Mufflers and resonators and welded on the new tips. here's a couple pictures right after the tips are installed

Sound clip after the delete

Not only do you shave off a little weight from deleting everything, you get a fantastic sound and great new look from the tips!

Of course my mods have continued. In the last 2 months I've purchased a Wald replica spoiler in carbon fiber, xforce exhaust, RR racing tuned intake with carbon fiber elbow, RR racing AOS, Grom Bluetooth adapter, 3m carbon fiber roof molding, Spyder headlights with led H1 H7 and yellow fog lights, blendmount with escort radar, 5% tinted windows, rear diffuser, new blue gauge cluster needles, Apexi throttle controller, and painted my brakes with blue G2 caliper paint and did the F logo on the calipers.

I ran the stock intake, muffler, resonator delete until Friday December 1, 2017. Then I put on the RR racing tuned intake and xforce exhaust. I did another muffler delete and rewelded the same tips back on to the new exhaust. The change was dramatic, at first start up the car was less loud. Upon my first drive the xforce was much louder driving around with a much deeper sound. Acceleration is awesome and makes you want to stay in manual to hear the sound of the exhaust. I like it alot more than the stock muffler/resonator delete!

Saturday December 2, 2017 I took the F for 3 pulls on the Dyno. All 3 pulls where done in 4th gear. First two pulls car had about an hour cool down after driving to the facility. 3rd pull we left the car turned on to warm up to normal temps. Outside temp was 60 degrees with low humidity. 3rd pull resulted in 371rwhp & 350tq on a Dyno jet. Below is a video of the Dyno

Future mods I want
carbon fiber front lip
carbon fiber side air duck panels
carbon fiber steering wheel that matches the interior carbon fiber
I also want to do the rear seat tray in a similar carbon fiber as the rest of the interior
AND of course I would like to do either the sikky headers or PPE headers. Maybe some wheels but that would probably be one of the last things I do.

It's been a while since I've done an update on the F. I've recently installed PPE Headers & Figs LCA front Bushings.

The headers make the F an absolute monster, paired with the xforce exhaust and muffler delete the car sounds like it's ready to race at every press of the pedal.

The bushing definitely help with the steering which makes it feels more direct as i'm sure your all well aware of.

Cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload a video clip of my car. Here's a link to my YouTube page, shows a cold start up with a light rev and WOT after the header install.

I've got some new interior trim in the works....will update soon!

Good start. Your rear wheels are on the wrong sides though. Enjoy the car!

Yeah I know, unfortunately when I bought the car the wheels where already on there like. I could swap them but then my tires wouldn't be on there correctly.
