Help! brake fluid not going thru the rear brakes

Default Help! brake fluid not going thru the rear brakes

hello cl, I just made my account today and I dont know why I havent before since I've been a lexus owner for about 3 years now.
well anyways my master cylinder was going out so I got a used one from ebay and replaced it but when I did I bled the front brakes and tried bleeding the rear brakes and there was no fluid coming out and I dont know why please reply asap as for this is my only vehicle to get around and I love my gs!

What year is your GS? This the 2IS section. Well I it's a 98-05 the rear brakes must be blead by turning the key to the on position. Then you'll be able to bleed the fronts as normal with ignition turned off.

also tried that yesterday but theres no pressure coming into the lines on the cylinder theres fluid there but its not going thru the lines

There's a procedure to bleed the BMC. It involves pumping the brake like 40 times blah blah. Let me see if I can find the link. The person I sold my old GS400 to. He recently replaced his BMC followed the procedure, and no problems.
