Thanks bud . Can you pm me how much will it cost to get a GE runner be welded on that knockoff Greddy upper plenum ? Am thinking of using same if it is a cost effective way of having an FFIM on an NA-T . Getting some good ideas from your thread . Keep it up !

Is that the greddy plenum? I was thinking of that and remember seeing someone on supraforums do it a while back with a GE runner.
It almost looks like the PNT intake, hard to tell from the pics. Let us know, I still haven't figured out my ffim setup for the taco, thanks!

you might be right , could be a PNT intake ... I know Halon got a ge runner welded into a modified greddy plenum

Thanks guys!

Ali I have no idea what plenum it is, but I love it, because it was a steal!
when I got it, the intake ports were all out of whack! I had a machine shop mill it flat
here is a pic of it inside of it
But the quality of welds are top notch.
someone before me who owned it, had the throttle body flange rewelded to clear the ps reservoir probly.
I would say it’s definately a ge runner welded into a plenum, because all the bolt holes are the same as the ge one and it’s cut right where I’m holding my finger ”The stud line” on the lower runner. And here is a shot of q45 moded

Installed Drift motion fuel line hose along with the fitting they provided, install was spot on!
Also installed 1pc clutch line -4an with a couple of fittings on the ends to make them work!

Used a 05 BMW X5 battery cable for my battery relocation, it almost reached the starter .
did a little more wiring, sawdered the map sensor wiring to ecu and mounted it to the strut tower.
1pc clutch line installed using fittings for stock slave cyl, used a battery tray from the previous build fits like a glove
Installed ls400 bbk, with new rotors that I’ve hoarded a year or so ago, waiting on StopTech brake lines to come in so I can start bleeding, installed all eibach springs on stock shocks all the way around, using front perches of my old shocks.
Also as I’m building this ride, I’m cleaning the stock 2jzge that was in it, don’t know what I’m going to do yet.

Then we killed it with Armenian shishka-bobs

I’m going to bed now

Also wired up my iat sensor got the THA(pin45) ecu wire and E2 ground from the maf sensor wiring chop.

Pin66 was relocated to pin 62 MAP for the map sensor reading from earlier post, for the 5v+ I used pin 41VCC that was in the trac wiring plug and used the ground from the same plug, tucked the rest of the wires under the manifold, I will gather them together and zip tie them tight.
Finally finished soldering last 2 igniter wires, next is to plug in my 2jz ecu and install aem fuel pump, and keep working on restoring rear brake calipers

Took my turbo compressor housing to the shop to get the elbow welded, so I can finish installing intercooler pipes, got the radiator in place, had to make a couple of brackets to hold the shroud in place, it worked out great!
my stop tech brake lines came in, so I got those done too, also drained rear diff gear oil, waiting for the new copper washers to refill.
enough talking here are some photos

Today the more I was looking at the engine bay the more I saw clutter I mean wires and abs unit and all the lines on the firewall going back and forth to the ms bs., so hate the way abs works anyway as I did a passenger side wiretuck I ended up deleting the whole unit and lines bye bye, also welded the coolant pipe shut, I have to do the other side to the radiator also.
So next is lines and Corolla brake line Ts and we’re good to go.
then I’m going to delete abs box that’s next to the clutch master, and tuck the wiring on the drivers side, I’m hoping to relocate the fuse box to the front bumper/fender area( maybe I don’t know.
